Vodafone Rewards Win One Give One
During the red level setting in New Zealand, Vodafone wanted to help bring people together with rewards they could enjoy at home.
THE CLIENT BRIEF:
With a return to the Red Level setting in New Zealand in early February 2022, we wanted to cheer Vodafone customers up, give them the feeling of being rewarded, and help them connect with friends and Whanau during a time when it wasn’t physically possible.
THE IDEA:
Vodafone wanted to reward their customers and friends, whilst helping to bring people together with gifts they could enjoy at home. We teamed up with an array of partners (small to medium New Zealand businesses) who could help Vodafone Rewards give customers the chance to win one prize for themselves, plus the same prize to gift to a friend of their choosing.
Customers could enter to win a series of prizes, with another ‘round’ of prizes released each week over six weeks. Each winner would essentially win two prizes, one for themselves and the same prize to gift to a friend.
THE PARTNER OBJECTIVES:
The affiliation with a top New Zealand brand, brand exposure, reaching new customers and the opportunity to drive sales.
THE RESULTS:
- 32 partners on board for the six-week campaign
- Over 3000 customers and friends rewarded with some happy customer feedback
- The most engagement Vodafone Rewards have had for a campaign
- The campaign was promoted to Vodafone New Zealand's customers, in the Vodafone NZ app, via a social media campaign, through an EDM sent to Vodafone Rewards NZ customers, and within a 'Win One, Give One' campaign page on the Vodafone Rewards site.
