THE CLIENT BRIEF:
After helping Vodafone deliver their customer loyalty and rewards programme (available to over 2 million customers throughout New Zealand) for six years, Rapport worked with Vodafone on their new loyalty proposition… Vodafone Rewards!
Vodafone Rewards gives Vodafone customers across New Zealand access to a range of always-on amazing deals and exclusive experiences, just for being with them. To bring this initiative to life, Vodafone needed to work with brands across New Zealand to build a rewards programme that Vodafone customers love.
THE IDEA:
We worked closely with Vodafone on the partners involved in the programme, tapping into customer passions of:
- Film
- Sport
- Music
- Arts & culture
- Everyday rewards
Behind the scenes we built a bespoke platform that houses Vodafone Rewards through a dynamic web app that integrates with My Vodafone (app), as well as sourcing exclusive rewards through a strategic partner process. We also managed a customer service operation to ensure the smooth running from implementation to everyday queries.
THE PARTNER OBJECTIVES:
The affiliation with a top New Zealand brand, brand exposure, reaching new customers and the opportunity to drive sales.
THE RESULTS:
Rapport, in conjunction development partner, built a bespoke platform that houses Vodafone Rewards through a dynamic web app and integrates with My Vodafone (app). It includes:
- Verified access for Vodafone customers only
- Movie API for ticket and voucher purchase
- Offer and competition functionality allowing the publication using a variety of entry mechanics.
