THE CLIENT BRIEF:
To celebrate the release of EMILY, Madman Films wanted to do something bigger by partnering with a customer rewards programme.
THE IDEA:
When we thought about the idea for a partnership campaign to celebrate the release of EMILY about Emily Brontë and her life, we knew Brontë had to play an integral part. We also knew Madman Films needed a partner whose audience would be a perfect fit. So, where else could we send the winners other than Bronte in Nelson, and who else could we partner with than Living Rewards?
Promoted through a member EDM, our audience was given the chance to watch the trailer, learn about the film, sign up to hear more from Madman Films and to be in to win prizes that included an Emily 'Bronte' getaway to Nelson experiencing a stay in luxury at Te Koi the Lodge and a private tour of Gravity Winery, and the chance to win tickets to attend exclusive Living Rewards member screenings of the film.
THE PARTNER OBJECTIVES:
Living Rewards were looking for exciting and new rewards partners for their members aligned to their interests and showing the value of the programme, whilst Madman Films wanted to gain exposure to a huge audience and create talkability around the release.
THE RESULTS:
Over 2.9K entries in only 3 days.
An open rate of 32% (well above the industry average of 20.5%*).
Over 300 happy Living Rewards members rewarded through the $6K grand prize and exclusive screenings hosted in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
50 double passes given away at five Life Pharmacies and Unichem pharmacies
15s spot played on Pharmacy screens.
