In 2020, AA Insurance was voted by New Zealanders the most trusted general insurer for the tenth year in a row. No small feat in a sector where there can be a lot of mistrust!
This award came hot on the heels of the Covid-19 lockdown – so, supporting New Zealand companies was top of mind for lots of consumers and the client.
AA Insurance required the helping hand of multiple partners to thank their customers.
THE IDEA:
As a thank you for a decade of trust, customers were automatically put in a draw to win 1 of 25 hampers full of goodies from Kiwi businesses worth $500 each, plus a $100 Prezzy® card to spend on a local business they love.
Rapport sourced a range of high-end products - using our vast network of brand partners - and the Prezzy® cards for the pack. We also managed the gift delivery to AA Insurance’s winning customers.
THE PARTNER OBJECTIVES:
This win-win campaign enabled our broad-range of partners to benefit from reaching new customers through AA Insurance’s customer base, along with a positive association with the most trusted insurance brand in the country.
